Role Overview
As a Senior Content Specialist in Vibe s Marketing team you will blend hands on content creation with strategy quality control scriptwriting and external vendor management
Reports to Marketing Manager
Collaborates with Social Media Design Product and External Agencies Freelancers
Key Responsibilities
Multi Channel Copywriting Develop and edit content for marketing campaigns social media CRM SMS landing pages POSM and merchant co marketing
Video Scriptwriting Ideate draft and finalize scenarios and voice over VO scripts for promotional videos TV commercials and digital ads from concept to production
Outsourced Content Management Write briefs coordinate agencies and freelancers review deliverables manage feedback loops and ensure quality and deadlines
Financial Communication Translate complex fintech and credit products into clear simple and trustworthy messaging
AI Integration Leverage AI tools ChatGPT Claude Gemini for research ideation scriptwriting and streamlining production workflows
Performance Optimization Track content performance and audience metrics to continuously refine output quality
Requirements Qualifications
Experience 3 5 years in content creation copywriting or marketing communications
Portfolio Strong track record in campaign copy video TV scripts landing pages CRM messaging or social media
Core Skills Exceptional storytelling writing editing and content strategy skills
AI Proficiency Hands on experience using AI tools to enhance content speed and quality
Project Management Proven ability to manage external partners coordinate multiple feedback cycles and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Background in Fintech BNPL Banking Payments or E commerce
Experience in TV commercial production or CRM Lifecycle marketing
