About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Farabi s Wealth team and help us design simple intuitive and scalable experiences for complex financial products
You will work closely with Product Engineering Data and Research teams to turn user needs and business problems into high quality product experiences
What You ll Do
Own the product design process from problem discovery to delivery
Apply User Centered Design and use research and product data to make informed decisions
Use AI tools and AI powered workflows to improve research ideation exploration and design execution
Design intuitive and interactive experiences including states transitions micro interactions and complex user flows
Simplify complex financial concepts data and workflows into clear user experiences
Work with and contribute to Material Design 3 and scalable design systems
Use Design Tokens to create consistent scalable and maintainable interfaces
Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly
Continuously improve products based on data experimentation and user feedback
What We re Looking For
4 years of experience in Product Design
Strong experience in User Centered and Data Driven Design
Experience designing complex digital products ideally in Fintech or Wealth Management
Strong skills in Interaction Design and Interactive UI
Hands on experience with Material Design 3 and Design Tokens
Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
Practical experience using AI in the design process
Strong product thinking communication and problem solving skills
High attention to detail and a strong sense of design quality
