About the Role We are a mobile game development and publishing company looking for a Growth Game Data Analyst who is curious analytical proactive and passionate about mobile game design and mechanics This role sits at the intersection of data game design economy and growth You will analyze player behavior core loops live ops and economy balance to optimize gameplay experience and drive retention What You ll Do Stay up to date with the mobile gaming industry market trends and growth practices Analyze player progression core loops and game economy balance to identify design bottlenecks and growth opportunities Turn analysis into clear game design and balance recommendations for design and product teams Design run and analyze A B tests for feature tweaks level tuning and LiveOps events Analyze key game metrics such as retention engagement conversion monetization LTV ARPU ARPPU and player progression Monitor the company s active games and publishing projects identify meaningful changes in their KPIs and investigate the reasons behind them Build dashboards and analyses that make important information accessible to teams Collaborate with Game Designers Economy Designers Product Managers and LiveOps to improve player experience through data Proactively identify opportunities for new analyses experiments and improvements instead of only responding to requests What We re Looking For Good understanding of mobile game design principles core loops and monetization systems Practical knowledge of SQL and working with structured data Understanding of A B testing progression funnels economy modeling and player segmentation Familiarity with mobile game product metrics such as retention engagement monetization LTV and conversion Ability to create meaningful visualizations and deliver findings through data storytelling Ability to move from data insight hypothesis action Genuine interest in mobile games game products player behavior and the gaming market What Matters to Us We especially value Curiosity you naturally ask why something happened and want to investigate it Game sense design thinking you connect telemetry data directly to player psychology feature enjoyment and game systems Proactivity you look for opportunities and problems instead of waiting for someone to request a report Discipline reliability your analyses are organized reproducible and trustworthy Critical thinking you challenge assumptions and distinguish correlation from meaningful evidence Communication you can turn complex analysis into a simple story and clear recommendation Collaboration you enjoy working with product marketing technical and business teams Continuous learning you actively follow changes in analytics gaming marketing and technology AI Assisted Work Being comfortable with modern AI tools is important to us We value candidates who use AI effectively for research learning SQL analysis brainstorming hypotheses exploring datasets and improving the speed and quality of their work while still validating results and taking responsibility for their conclusions Nice to Have Experience or exposure to any of the following is a plus Hands on game design system balancing or level design experience Mobile attribution and marketing analytics platforms Firebase GA4 or similar analytics platforms BI and visualization tools Basic Python or another scripting language for data analysis Working with live products and monitoring their performance over time Most importantly we re looking for someone who enjoys combining games data experimentation business thinking to discover opportunities and help our games grow تهران تهران مطهری تمام وقت استودیو تاد کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد بازی و سرگرمی
