About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated culturally curious and tech savvy Junior Architect to act as the direct assistant and partner to the Principal Architect This is not a standard drafting position it is an apprenticeship in the art of architecture The ideal candidate is not just looking for a job but for a lifestyle within the profession You will be involved in every facet of the studio from high level design research and strategy to on site meetings and marketing We are looking for someone who wants to become a great architect valuing the experience and mentorship over a standard 9 to 5 paycheck Key Responsibilities Design Research Partner Collaborate directly with the Principal Architect on design concepts research and strategy Hand Sketching Rapidly visualize ideas through hand sketches during meetings and brainstorming sessions AI Integration Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflows generate concept imagery and streamline office tasks Office Operations Assist in daily activities including attending client meetings preparing presentations and handling marketing materials Intellectual Contribution Engage in discussions regarding architecture history philosophy and art to enrich the studio s design narrative Strategic Support Help in the development of office strategies and business development Required Skills Qualifications Technical Professional Architectural Education Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture or Arts Bachelor s or Master s Hand Sketching Critical Excellent freehand sketching skills You must be able to communicate ideas visually on paper instantly AI Proficiency Strong experience with AI tools e g Midjourney Stable Diffusion ChatGPT for visualization and research Language High proficiency in English reading writing and speaking is mandatory Software Familiarity with standard architectural software AutoCAD Rhino Revit Adobe Suite Intellectual Cultural The Cool Factor Philosophy History A deep interest in or knowledge of architecture history and philosophy or a strong willingness to learn Literary Artistic You are expected to be a reader A love for books art movies and music is essential We value a cultured perspective Growth Mindset A burning desire to learn the business and art of architecture not just the technical side Personal Attributes Attitude Cool composed and passionate You view the office as a place for growth and collaboration not just a source of income Location Residing in Region 1 or 3 of Tehran is strongly preferred for commute and cultural alignment تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت یا پاره وقت دفتر معماری جاپا کارمند جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد معماری
