Key Responsibilities
Review draft and revise a wide range of contracts ensuring accuracy legal soundness and alignment with the organization s interests
Identify assess and evaluate legal risks within contractual agreements and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies
Manage and oversee the contract execution process including signature workflows and proper archiving record keeping
Develop maintain and periodically update standardized contract templates and related internal policies and procedures
Prepare and deliver periodic reports summarizing contract status key terms and outstanding issues to relevant stakeholders
Ensure full compliance of all contractual provisions with applicable national and international laws regulations and industry standards
Monitor regulatory and legislative developments on an ongoing basis and proactively update contract templates and internal practices to maintain compliance
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Law
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of contract law commercial law and relevant regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to identify and assess legal and contractual risks
Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills particularly in document management and archiving
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
Proficiency in relevant office and document management software
English proficiency is a plus
