Job Description
bull Execute Trade Marketing policies processes merchandising standards and in store execution guidelines across all points of sale
bull Monitor merchandising team performance and evaluate achievement against assigned objectives
bull Ensure proper implementation of planograms product placement and merchandising standards in retail outlets
bull Conduct regular market visits to assess sales execution product displays stock availability pricing and promotional activities
bull Analyze market trends competitor activities and trade performance and provide recommendations for improvement
bull Identify gaps in trade marketing execution and recommend corrective actions to improve product visibility availability and in store presence
bull Prepare accurate and timely reports on market execution merchandising performance competitor activities and improvement opportunities
bull Collaborate with Sales Marketing Operations and Trade Marketing teams to enhance execution and achieve business objectives
bull Contribute to the continuous improvement of trade marketing processes and execution effectiveness
bull Comply with Health Safety and Environment HSE policies during market visits and field activities
