We are looking for a data driven and growth oriented Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own the strategy execution and optimization of our paid acquisition channels In this role you will work closely with Product Analytics Creative Data and Content teams to scale user acquisition efficiently improve marketing performance and drive measurable business growth
Key Responsibilities
Plan launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels
Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize efficiency and business impact
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CAC CPA ROAS Conversion Rate Retention and LTV
Design and execute A B tests to improve campaign performance and landing page conversion
Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights
Build dashboards and communicate performance through clear data driven reports
Collaborate with Product Data Design and Content teams to improve the customer acquisition funnel
Continuously research test and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
Requirements
4 years of hands on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing
Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions
Solid understanding of digital acquisition channels and conversion optimization
Hands on experience with Google Analytics 4 GA4 Google Tag Manager GTM and mobile attribution platforms
Experience with BI tools such as Metabase and Looker Studio is a plus
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
Excellent problem solving communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
