Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for the maintenance configuration and reliable operation of computer systems network servers and virtualization platforms Install and upgrade computer components and software manage virtual servers and integrate automation processes Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics documenting problems and resolutions prioritizing problems and assessing the impact of issues Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection disaster recovery and failover procedures Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts ensuring all desktop applications workstations and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions Responsible for capacity management storage planning and optimizing database performance Job Specifications Knowledge Skills Demonstrated experience as a System Administrator Network Administrator or in a comparable position Comprehensive understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems Solid experience with Microsoft services such as Active Directory and associated infrastructure components Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies Working knowledge of Dell EMC storage systems Experience in utilizing scripting and automation tools Expert knowledge of security storage data protection and disaster recovery protocols Hands on experience with monitoring tools and system optimization methodologies Behavioral qualities Demonstrates flexibility accountability and self discipline Possesses exceptional communication and documentation skills Exhibits fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking abilities Displays excellent planning organizational and time management capabilities Applies creative and innovative thinking to address business challenges Maintains availability beyond regular working hours to promptly resolve urgent issues تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت کارگزاری مفید مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد سرمایه گذاری و مالی
