Position Technical Executive Assistant to the CEO
About the Role
We are looking for a highly talented and ambitious pharmacist chemical engineer chemist etc to work directly with the CEO on advanced pharmaceutical and technical projects including manufacturing and development
This is not a routine office role mdash it is a rare opportunity to receive direct mentorship from top leadership and play an active role in shaping innovative international ventures
Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO in planning monitoring and executing technical and industrial projects
Work hands on in manufacturing and development activities
Participate in business trips and technical missions for project supervision and coordination
Prepare and deliver technical reports documentation and presentations as required
Maintain clear and professional communication in English with teams and partners
Requirements
Fluent English spoken and written mdash essential for international collaboration
Demonstrated technical curiosity discipline and strong analytical thinking
Willingness to work intensively and travel frequently across countries
Genuine interest in manufacturing R D and industrial development
Long term commitment to work with the company for a minimum of 5 years
