Key Responsibilities Lead full cycle HR operations including recruitment onboarding probation review performance management and employee lifecycle processes Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and labor regulations Oversee compensation and benefits ensuring accurate payroll leave management and legal compliance Support employee development through training programs capability building and succession planning Provide strategic HR advice on organizational structure workforce planning and talent management Handle employee relations address concerns professionally and promote a positive work culture Ensure HR compliance maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports for management Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR Business Management or related field At least 3 years of relevant work experience Strong knowledge of Iranian Labour Law familiarity with UAE HR practices a plus Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Experience in the transportation industry particularly rail transport will be considered an advantage Proficiency in English Work location Eslamshahr تهران اسلام شهر تمام وقت گروه حمل و نقل بین المللی پرس مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد حمل و نقل ترابری
