About SnappPay SnappPay is the first and leading BNPL provider in Iran started in 2020 We are leveraging Financial Technologies to reshape Iranians experience of consumer credit Supporting Snapp Group s mission of enhancing Iranian people s quality of life through Internet services SnappPay s mission is to bring financial freedom to all Iranians by providing them with better smarter and more efficient solutions for payment and shopping About the Role We are looking for a Merchant Acquisition Specialist in our Social Commerce business line to identify and engage high potential Instagram merchants primarily in fashion by understanding their sales needs and leading them through negotiation contract and activation The role ensures a trust based and efficient DM Negotiation Contract Activation process that converts merchants into long term SnappPay partners Responsibilities Identify and segment potential Instagram shops and merchants using internal wishlists and market data Reach out via DM WhatsApp or phone to introduce SnappPay s installment service and build trust Negotiate commercial terms collect documents and finalize contracts with interested merchants Manage the full onboarding flow until activation coordinating with Support and Product teams Record every lead and conversion detail accurately in CRM Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets Gather merchant feedback to refine scripts and improve conversion efficiency Requirements Familiarity with Instagram business pages e commerce platforms and local social commerce dynamics Proactive problem solver able to identify issues quickly and provide practical win win solutions for merchants and internal teams Teamwork attention to detail and the ability to work under weekly performance cycles Strong communication and negotiation skills verbal and written Customer centric mindset with resilience in handling objections Disciplined in documentation Ability to handle challenging situations تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ پی کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
