At Ava Tejarat Saba Modalal Group we are looking for a Senior Compensation Benefits Specialist C B who can design and manage the full payroll and employee benefits cycle with accuracy with strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations
This role plays an important part in establishing and structuring the operational processes of the Human Capital Department specially in Establishing and Implementing Job Grading It requires creativity detail orientation patience and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and developing the annual personnel cost budget
Preparing and Executing payroll calculation and payment processes
Managing social security insurance and payroll tax lists submission
Implementing compensation and employee benefits processes
Preparing reports related to personnel costs
Responding to employees inquiries regarding payments and deductions
Developing implementing and maintaining the job classification and grading structure ensuring consistency with the organization s compensation framework
Participating in designing reviewing and continuous improvement of the job evaluation and grading system in alignment with the organization s compensation and benefits policies
Qualifications
At least 5 years of specialized experience in Compensation and Benefits C B
Strong knowledge of Labor Law Social Security regulations and payroll tax regulations
Advanced proficiency in Excel including formulas Pivot Tables and reporting
Experience working with payroll software and Human Resources Information Systems HRIS
Ability to prepare analytical reports on personnel costs
Familiarity with compensation and job evaluation methodologies such as GGS and Hay Group
Experience or knowledge of job classification and grading systems is an advantage
Key Skills and Competencies
High level of accuracy in calculations and strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial and employee information
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks within defined timeframes
A high level of responsibility and follow through in handling sensitive financial processes
