About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and drive the development of
products within the Non Express domain The ideal candidate is customer focused data driven
and passionate about solving complex business problems while working closely with
cross functional teams
Responsibilities
Own and manage product initiatives from discovery to delivery
Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into clear product
requirements
Work closely with Engineering Design Data Operations and Business teams to deliver
high quality products
Define product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business
value
Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
Define success metrics and monitor product KPIs
Coordinate cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational
efficiency
Requirements
4 years of Product Management experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working with cross functional teams in an Agile environment
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives
Experience using data to drive product decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e commerce logistics warehouse management supply chain or
marketplace products
Experience with operational or B2B products
Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools is a plus
