Technical Requirements and Skills
Proficiency in Revit Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD
A sound understanding of BIM workflows and building information management principles
Ability to create modify and manage parametric Revit families
Thorough knowledge of architectural construction documentation standards and principles
A sound understanding of construction detailing building methods and the sequencing of on site operations
Comprehensive knowledge of building materials their properties and installation methods
Familiarity with national building codes and regulations
Ability to perform quality checks on models drawings and construction deliverables
Ability to interpret structural and MEP drawings
Ability to resolve construction related issues and propose practical buildable solutions
Familiarity with quantity takeoffs preliminary cost estimating material lists and finish schedules is an advantage

A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
