Love editing storytelling skincare beauty fashion and social media
ElegaView is looking for a Junior Video Editor to help us create beautiful fast paced content for YouTube Instagram and TikTok
This is not a role for someone who wants to spend days building complicated effects We care much more about taste storytelling speed and knowing how to keep people watching
Most of the footage will be provided to you Your job is to turn it into content people actually want to finish watching
What You ll Do
Edit short form and long form content for YouTube Instagram Reels and TikTok
Turn raw footage into clean polished visually appealing videos
Choose the strongest clips and remove anything slow repetitive or boring
Create strong hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds
Edit with audience retention in mind especially for long form YouTube
Use storytelling pacing B roll music text voiceover and visual changes to maintain curiosity and keep viewers engaged until the end
Add subtitles simple transitions graphics and supporting visuals when needed
Repurpose content across different platforms
Use ElevenLabs for AI voiceovers
Use AI image video tools when needed to create supporting B roll or simple visual assets
Follow ElegaView s creative direction and visual style
Make revisions quickly based on feedback
We d Love to Meet You If You
Have experience editing for YouTube Instagram or TikTok
Have a strong eye for aesthetics especially in beauty skincare fashion or lifestyle
Understand what makes a video engaging instead of just technically correct
Know how to create hooks build curiosity and maintain attention
Have a good sense of rhythm pacing music and visual flow
Can work fast without sacrificing quality
Are comfortable with Premiere Pro CapCut DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software
Have basic experience with AI tools or are excited to learn them
Are organized reliable responsive and comfortable working independently
English
Good English comprehension is required
You should be able to comfortably understand
Scripts
Voiceovers
Creative briefs
Editing instructions
Feedback
Captions and on screen text
Perfect spoken English is not required but you should be confident working with English language content
You Don t Need to Be Senior
We are specifically open to junior editors
