Level Senior 5 years experience including 2 years in a senior lead QA capacity
Responsibilities
Develop maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies across web and API layers Design build and maintain automated test frameworks and suites
Perform manual exploratory testing where automation is impractical or insufficient
Identify document track and prioritize defects in collaboration with development teams
Integrate automated test suites into CI CD pipelines and monitor test results
Define and uphold quality standards and testing best practices across the engineering team
Coordinate performance load and security testing efforts as needed
Mentor junior QA staff and contribute to the evolution of QA processes and tooling
Collaborate closely with front end back end and product teams throughout the development lifecycle
Qualifications
5 years of professional QA testing experience including at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role Strong hands on experience with automated testing frameworks e g Selenium Cypress or Playwright
Experience with API testing tools e g Postman REST Assured
Scripting or programming proficiency e g JavaScript Python or Java sufficient to build and maintain test automation
Experience integrating automated tests into CI CD pipelines
Solid understanding of Agile Scrum development practices
Experience designing test plans and strategies for both new features and regression coverage
Strong analytical documentation and communication skills
Demonstrated experience mentoring QA team members or leading QA process improvements
