Responsibilities
Define priorities and a roadmap for analytics across Growth s projects ensuring every analysis ladders up to strategic company goals
Investigate complex multi source data to identify root causes key growth drivers and overlooked opportunities going beyond standard reporting
Design dashboards measurement frameworks and self serve tools that empower teams to make data driven decisions independently
Build and refine a practical model of platform growth linking customer acquisition activation retention order frequency and relevant supply and service drivers to business outcomes
Conduct deep analysis across customer transaction product marketing operational and financial data to identify growth drivers constraints and actionable opportunities
Design and evaluate experiments with business owners Apply appropriate quasi experimental methods when randomization is not feasible and communicate the limits of causal conclusions
Partner with growth discovery colleagues to connect quantitative findings with customer and operational context and turn findings into testable interventions
Requirements
5 years of experience in Analytics Business Analytics Growth Analytics Strategy or a related field
Strong analytical problem solving and structured thinking skills with the ability to work with complex and large datasets
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business performance growth drivers targets and financial considerations
Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in data analysis visualization and reporting tools
Experience with performance measurement KPI development forecasting budgeting and business planning
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear and actionable recommendations
Experience in a fast paced data driven technology marketplace e commerce or platform environment is a strong plus
Experience in a marketplace e commerce on demand service or multi service platform
