Responsibilities
Continuously improve BI architecture processes and best practices to support rapid business growth
Own and lead a 17 member Business Intelligence function consisting of BI Development and Data Engineering teams driving the delivery of scalable data platforms analytics solutions and business insights that support Snapp food s growth and strategic priorities
Establish and monitor BI performance metrics ensuring timely reliable and impactful delivery of analytics products and services
Design develop and scale enterprise level BI solutions including executive dashboards data warehouses self service analytics platforms and real time reporting systems
Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy governance consistency and security across all BI systems and data pipelines
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Deliver measurable business impact through data driven initiatives across the food delivery ecosystem
Define and lead Snapp food s overall Business Intelligence strategy ensuring it is fully aligned with the company s business goals and growth priorities
Collaborate with Data Engineering Data Science and Product teams to define data models data quality standards and scalable analytics infrastructure
Lead the development of advanced analytics capabilities enabling predictive insights experimentation frameworks customer behavior analysis and performance optimization initiatives
Evaluate and leverage emerging AI and analytics technologies to enhance decision intelligence and business performance
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science Data Science or a related fields
10 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence Analytics or Data Strategy with at least 4 5 years in a senior leadership or Director level role
Proven experience leading BI teams in high scale environments preferably in food delivery e commerce marketplace or ride hailing companies
Strong hands on expertise with modern BI tools Tableau Power BI MySQL Python R Data Warehousing BigQuery Snowflake Redshift and ETL Orchestration tools
Deep understanding of marketplace metrics customer funnel analytics retention and operational KPIs in the food delivery industry
Demonstrated success in building scalable self service analytics culture and influencing C level decisions through data storytelling
Excellent leadership stakeholder management communication and problem solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced results oriented and ambiguous environment
