We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in fintech banking operations credit lending and financing
This role requires someone who understands the full lifecycle of banking and credit products from business and operational requirements to credit processes financing structures execution and coordination with banks and financial institutions
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage business opportunities with banks financial institutions and other strategic partners
Lead and coordinate projects related to credit facilities lending products financing solutions and banking services
Understand and manage the end to end flow of credit and lending processes including application assessment approval disbursement repayment and settlement
Work closely with banks and financial partners to structure and implement new financial and credit solutions
Coordinate operational requirements and processes between internal teams and external banking partners
Identify opportunities to improve existing banking financing and credit products and processes
Support the development and launch of new fintech products involving credit loans financing or banking infrastructure
Analyze business models financial structures operational risks and commercial opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms and maintain strong relationships with key banking and financial partners
Collaborate closely with Product Operations Finance Legal and Technology teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships and projects
Requirements
Proven experience in fintech banking financial services lending or credit related businesses
Strong practical knowledge of banking operations credit and lending processes financing and financial products
Solid understanding of the complete credit lifecycle and operational flows
Experience working directly with banks financial institutions or credit providers
Experience in developing or managing financial partnerships and B2B business relationships
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to understand both business and operational aspects of financial products
Ability to manage cross functional projects and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong negotiation communication and relationship management skills
Hands on structured and result oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech products such as digital lending BNPL credit lines embedded finance or digital banking
Familiarity with credit assessment financing structures settlement processes and banking integrations
Experience participating in the design or implementation of lending or credit products from concept to launch
