We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RF Engineer Internship to join our team This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands on experience in radio frequency RF network planning optimization performance analysis and automation The successful candidate will work closely with experienced RF engineers to support network performance improvement projects while developing practical knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies
Key Responsibilities
Assist in collecting processing and analyzing network performance data including KPIs drive test results and other RF performance metrics
Support RF network planning activities by performing basic RF link budget calculations and preliminary cell site planning
Participate in network optimization activities by identifying potential improvement areas based on network performance analysis
Develop and maintain simple Python scripts to automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks
Prepare technical reports dashboards and presentations using Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Python
Support engineering documentation and project tracking activities
Learn and apply RF engineering principles mobile network architecture and optimization methodologies under the guidance of senior engineers
Collaborate with cross functional teams on engineering projects and technical discussions
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor s or Master s degree Top 5 University in Telecommunications Engineering Electrical Engineering ICT Engineering or a related field
Basic understanding of wireless communications cellular networks GSM UMTS LTE 5G RF engineering principles and network optimization concepts
Knowledge of Python programming for automation and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical problem solving communication and teamwork skills
Good English communication skills including the ability to understand technical documentation and prepare reports
PowerBI geo location software QGIS is a plus
