International Export Specialist
About the Company
We are an international holding company active in the automotive industry including tires and wheels We are expanding our export business from China to international markets and are looking for an experienced International Export Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Develop international markets and acquire new B2B customers distributors importers and dealers
Manage export sales from initial inquiry and quotation through order confirmation shipment and delivery
Negotiate prices payment terms Incoterms quantities and delivery conditions with international customers
Develop and maintain long term relationships with overseas customers
Coordinate with Chinese factories suppliers finance logistics and freight forwarders
Manage export documentation and follow up on shipping and customs requirements
Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities
Prepare regular sales and market development reports
Requirements
3 5 years of experience in International Sales Export or International Trading
Proven experience in exporting products
Experience in automotive products especially tires wheels spare parts or accessories is an advantage
Strong knowledge of international trade shipping Incoterms and export procedures
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Strong business development networking and customer acquisition capabilities
Ability to work independently and manage international customers and multiple projects
