MVNO Technical Operations Specialist We are looking for an MVNO Technical Operations Specialist to take technical ownership of telecom related operations and act as the technical interface between our organization MVNO platform service providers the host MNO and our internal technology and product teams The person will be responsible for investigating telecom incidents coordinating troubleshooting across multiple parties following technical tickets through resolution supporting the design of telecom related product features and helping ensure the reliability and quality of our mobile services This role requires a strong understanding of mobile telecom concepts combined with sufficient knowledge of software systems APIs integrations and operational processes Responsibilities Manage communication tickets and technical follow ups with the MVNO service provider JSC Coordinate with the host MNO when network operator involvement is required Work closely with internal Engineering Product QA DevOps Support and Call Center teams Analyze and troubleshoot telecom related incidents such as activation provisioning voice SMS mobile data SIM eSIM packages balance roaming and subscriber status issues Identify the responsible system or party and follow incidents through resolution Escalate critical or unresolved issues and track provider SLA and response quality Participate in root cause analysis and help prevent recurring issues Support Product and Engineering teams in designing telecom related features and service flows Assist with testing and validation of telecom integrations and new services Maintain basic technical documentation troubleshooting guides and known issue records Help define service monitoring operational KPIs and escalation procedures Required Knowledge Experience 3 years of experience in telecom MNO MVNO telecom operations or related areas Good understanding of mobile telecom concepts such as SIM eSIM IMSI MSISDN provisioning voice SMS data APN charging billing roaming and subscriber lifecycle Basic understanding of APIs HTTP JSON logs databases Linux networking and software integrations Experience working with ticketing systems and external technical providers Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Soft Skills Strong ownership and follow through Clear technical communication Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external teams Good problem solving and documentation skills Ability to work effectively during critical incidents Proactive approach to identifying and resolving recurring problems Preferred Background Familiarity with Full MVNO environments is highly preferred Previous hands on experience with JSC MVNO platform is highly preferred Experience with telecom BSS OSS provisioning platforms charging billing systems eSIM mobile number portability telecom APIs or incident management is an advantage تهران تهران ولنجک تمام وقت نگین ارتباطات آوا کارشناس ارشد جنسیت فقط آقا تلکام
