The Hub Manager will be responsible for the end to end management of our development hub You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements ensuring that our teams deliver high quality solutions on time This role requires a blend of technical knowledge PHP Angular ecosystems and strong management capabilities to guide team decisions and optimize workflows
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership Create synergy within diverse teams and guide them through technical and operational challenges
Decision Making Deliver informed timely and strategic decisions to keep projects moving forward
Performance Management Monitor team performance ensuring efficient task prioritization and strict adherence to deadlines
Customer Focus Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed customer needs and quality standards
Problem Solving Proactively innovate and resolve issues before they impact the project timeline
Technical Guidance Oversee architectural patterns and development methodologies to ensure best practices
Requirements Skills
Experience
Minimum 7 10 years of experience in Business Process Management Performance Analysis or Organizational Consulting within an IT context
Technical Knowledge
Backend Familiarity with PHP Laravel Symfony MySQL Unit Testing and SOLID design patterns
Frontend Familiarity with Angular UI Testing E2E Testing and State Management
General Understanding of modern software development methodologies and cloud platforms
Language A Strong command of English spoken and written is mandatory
Soft Skills Exceptional time management conflict resolution and collaboration skills Ability to work in a structured performance driven environment
