Responsibilities
Work closely with teams to implement best practices tools and techniques for continuous improvement
Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within and across teams
Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
Helping to Create the product roadmap coaching the writing of value driven user stories features epics and maintaining a well defined backlog
Facilitate team meetings such as daily stand ups sprint planning retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions and reviews where they can align their goals and synchronize their efforts
Requirements
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies techniques specifically scrum and kanban
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or in a similar role
Coaching and mentoring abilities with a focus on fostering self organizing teams
Proficient in project management tools and software
Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle
