The Journey Becomes Meaningful With You on Board At Okala We are looking for an ML Engineer to help us build deploy and operate reliable machine learning systems at scale You will work closely with Data Scientists Software Engineers and Infrastructure teams to turn machine learning models into robust production ready solutions The role covers the full ML lifecycle from experimentation and model development to deployment monitoring optimization and continuous improvement We d love for you to be part of our story What You ll Be Doing Design build and maintain scalable machine learning systems and services Develop and maintain pipelines for model training validation deployment and retraining Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize machine learning models Deploy and manage ML workloads across cloud or on premise environments Implement monitoring for model performance data quality system health latency and resource utilization Improve the reliability scalability and efficiency of ML services Establish best practices around model versioning experiment tracking reproducibility and deployment Optimize machine learning models and inference pipelines for production environments Troubleshoot production ML systems and participate in incident resolution Contribute to the design and development of infrastructure supporting traditional ML and modern AI LLM workloads Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies that improve the ML development and deployment lifecycle Work closely with Software Engineers Data Scientists and other technical stakeholders to deliver end to end ML solutions What You Bring 3 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering ML Engineering Software Engineering or a closely related field Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals Hands on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms model evaluation and optimization Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes Practical experience with CI CD and automation Experience with ML lifecycle and experiment model management tools such as MLflow Kubeflow Airflow or equivalent technologies Good understanding of Git Linux APIs networking and distributed systems Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools and concepts Ability to work effectively with cross functional engineering and data teams Nice to Have Experience with LLM GenAI applications and infrastructure Experience with GPU based workloads and GPU resource management Experience with tools such as Terraform Helm Argo CD Prometheus or Grafana Experience with distributed data processing technologies such as Spark Familiarity with feature stores model registries or data versioning solutions Experience designing highly available and scalable ML systems Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow Contributions to internal platforms open source projects or ML engineering initiatives Why Okala Because at Okala you re not just filling a role you re becoming a key part of a bigger mission With services across 200 cities and millions of daily users we re a leading player in Iran s online retail space We move fast we learn constantly and we believe that there s always room to improve What You ll Enjoy A vibrant and friendly work environment Weekly gatherings Mafia Night Cinema Night more Access to practical high quality training courses Free breakfast commuting lunch subsidies Supplementary health insurance in house doctor parking Birthday gifts seasonal bonuses and exclusive Okala discount codes Ready to write the story of success with us تهران تهران آرژانتین تمام وقت اُکالا کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
