About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our client s fintech products The role will take ownership of the product lifecycle from identifying customer and business opportunities through product discovery prioritization execution launch and continuous improvement
This role is ideal for a product professional with strong experience in digital products fintech payments or financial services who combines strategic product thinking with hands on execution and a strong focus on customer needs business impact and measurable outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy Roadmap
Define and evolve the product vision strategy and roadmap in line with business objectives and customer needs
Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer insights data and business impact
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements user stories and actionable specifications
Product Discovery Development
Lead product initiatives from discovery and definition through delivery launch and continuous iteration
Conduct user research analyze customer behavior and validate product ideas and solutions
Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to evaluate solutions technical constraints dependencies and product trade offs
Own and prioritize the product backlog ensuring clear focus and alignment across the team
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with Engineering Design Data Marketing Risk and other relevant teams to drive product initiatives forward
Align key stakeholders around product priorities direction and expected outcomes
Build strong collaboration across teams to ensure effective product delivery and execution
Product Analytics Performance
Define and monitor product metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and business impact
Use product data customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions
Monitor post launch performance and drive continuous product improvements based on measurable outcomes
Market Competitive Analysis
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends customer needs and opportunities for product growth
Evaluate competitor products and market dynamics to support product strategy and differentiation
Risk Compliance
Incorporate regulatory compliance and risk considerations into product strategy and development
Work closely with Risk Compliance and Legal teams to ensure products meet relevant financial and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
At least 4 years of professional experience in Product Management or a related product role preferably within fintech payments banking or financial services
Strong knowledge of Product Strategy Roadmapping Product Discovery and Prioritization
Strong skills in translating complex customer and business needs into clear actionable product solutions
Hands on experience working with Product Analytics KPIs and data driven product decision making
Strong technical understanding and communication skills with experience working closely with Engineering teams and familiarity with APIs and technical constraints
Experience with User Research customer behavior analysis and product validation
Strong prioritization and project management skills in managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives forward in a fast paced environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to build alignment across cross functional teams
Strong ownership and product execution skills with experience driving initiatives from discovery through execution and outcome measurement
Familiarity with Payments KYC AML Risk Compliance or other financial services concepts is a plus
