At AzkiVam we re working to make financial services simpler clearer and easier to use We re looking for a Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving complex product problems and can take ownership from problem discovery to design delivery and continuous improvement If you enjoy working on real product challenges making independent design decisions and seeing your work create an impact on users and the business we d love to have you on our team Responsibilities Own the design process from problem discovery to delivery launch and iteration Identify product problems and turn them into simple useful solutions Design and simplify complex user flows and scenarios Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to find the right solutions Use data research and user feedback to inform design decisions Conduct or lead User Research and Usability Testing Design experiences and interfaces across web and mobile Contribute to the development and improvement of our Design System Evaluate the impact of design after launch and iterate based on user behavior and data Requirements 4 years of experience in Product Design A strong portfolio demonstrating real world product and problem solving experience Experience solving and designing for complex products and user flows Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with Design Systems Ability to use data and research to support design decisions Strong UI and Visual Design skills Proven experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams Strong ownership independent decision making and problem solving skills A strong product mindset and understanding of how design impacts users products and business Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback Nice to Have Experience in FinTech Credit Lending Payments or Installment Products Experience designing products with complex rules constraints and scenarios Familiarity with Product Analytics and the ability to use user behavior data to identify problems validate design decisions and improve product experiences تهران تهران حشمتیه تمام وقت ازکی وام کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
