We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our UX Research team This position is responsible for leading end to end research across complex product domains translating qualitative and quantitative evidence into actionable product insights and influencing product strategy and user experience decisions Key Responsibilities Lead end to end UX research initiatives from defining research objectives and questions to selecting methodologies conducting research synthesizing findings and communicating actionable recommendations Structure ambiguous product and user problems using qualitative research behavioral data and business context to identify key opportunities and experience gaps Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using appropriate methodologies including user interviews usability testing contextual inquiry surveys and behavioral analysis Synthesize qualitative quantitative and behavioral evidence into clear insights identifying patterns contradictions and implications for product decisions Partner closely with Product Design Data Engineering Operations Commercial CRM and Support teams to influence product strategy and experience decisions Lead discovery and validation for complex user journeys and evaluate solutions across different user states edge cases and scenarios Communicate research findings through clear evidence based narratives and drive alignment across cross functional stakeholders Improve research practices documentation and knowledge sharing processes while mentoring researchers and embedded research partners Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Management Psychology Sociology Anthropology Industrial Engineering Design or a related discipline At least 5 years of professional experience in UX research user research product research or a closely related field Demonstrated experience independently leading end to end research projects including complex or multi method studies Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with the ability to select appropriate methods based on research objectives Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems formulate research questions and translate findings into actionable product recommendations Strong data literacy and ability to synthesize qualitative insights with quantitative and behavioral data Demonstrated ability to communicate research findings clearly and persuasively to technical and non technical stakeholders Strong cross functional collaboration stakeholder management and problem solving skills with the ability to influence decisions through evidence تهران تهران جردن تمام وقت زرینو کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
