We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Venture Office and lead the discovery development and growth of a Social Banking product You will translate customer needs and business opportunities into a focused product strategy validate assumptions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Own product discovery strategy roadmap and prioritization from early validation through launch and growth
Research customer needs market trends and competitive offerings to identify meaningful opportunities in Social Banking
Define MVP scope and validate assumptions through customer interviews prototypes experiments and pilots
Translate opportunities into clear requirements user stories acceptance criteria and success measures
Work closely with design engineering and QA to deliver intuitive reliable digital experiences
Evaluate opportunities for AI and automation balancing customer value quality feasibility and cost
Coordinate integrations and dependencies with internal teams financial institutions and technology partners
Define and monitor adoption engagement retention customer satisfaction and commercial performance
Collaborate with commercial and operational teams on positioning pricing launch readiness and growth
Incorporate privacy security customer trust and relevant compliance requirements into product decisions
Validate demand beyond the initial customer and support a scalable business model
Communicate priorities progress risks and trade offs clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
4 years of product management experience including ownership of digital products from discovery to launch
Strong customer research problem framing prioritization and experimentation skills
Relevant product management experience in both the fintech and payments industries is required with a strong understanding of digital financial services and customer trust
Experience simplifying complex workflows and addressing the needs of different user groups
Practical understanding of AI enabled products including capability assessment quality evaluation limitations and human oversight
Technical fluency sufficient to discuss APIs integrations data flows and access permissions with engineering teams
Strong analytical skills including defining metrics and interpreting funnels cohorts and experiment results
Commercial judgment and the ability to assess customer value willingness to pay and delivery costs
Clear product documentation and strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently navigate uncertainty and make informed decisions with incomplete information
Working proficiency in English for research tools and documentation
Nice to Have
Experience with community driven products engagement strategies or network effects
Experience taking an early stage product from concept to market
Familiarity with personalization and responsible use of customer data
Experience serving both institutional customers and individual users
Hands on familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools
Experience evaluating technology providers and build versus buy decisions
