Hami System Sharif is a compay with more than two decades of experience in implementing large scale software projects The Hami team has experience hosting millions of users and delivering national scale projects including stock exchange systems mobile government platforms and payment and identity authentication projects
Hami focuses on five business tracks large scale software development payment facilitation services remote identity verification e KYC digital certificate issuance and inquiry web services from the National Information Exchange Center These focus areas guide the company s product and technology direction
Overall Role
The CTO of Hami will be responsible for defining and executing the company s technology vision ensuring the security and reliability of high traffic services leading engineering and infrastructure teams and aligning technical decisions with the company s business objectives and mission
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute technology strategy for each business line payments e KYC inquiry services digital signature
Design secure resilient and scalable architectures for services that support millions of users
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards related to payment and identity services
Lead the development of APIs and web services and maintain service levels SLA monitoring
Manage engineering DevOps and operations teams recruit and grow technical talent and implement an agile engineering culture
Drive technology stack selection CI CD policies and high level decisions about cloud vs on premises infrastructure
Represent the technology team in executive meetings and work closely with product and sales to prioritize the roadmap
Required Qualifications Skills
8 10 years of technical experience in software development with at least 3 years in technical management or team leadership
Proven experience designing and implementing large scale systems with high user counts
Practical experience in online payments remote identity verification e KYC and inquiry services
Strong knowledge of architecture API design application security and reliability observability principles
Experience with cloud platforms containerization and CI CD
Demonstrated skills in technical leadership managing complex projects and negotiating with organizational stakeholders
Proficient in technical documentation and able to present to non technical teams
Ability to operate in regulated environments and on projects sensitive to privacy and security
Preferred Nice to have
Experience working on government or national projects and liaising with large institutions
Background designing financial and payment services
Experience designing e KYC solutions
Experience in organizations with millions of users and high availability scale requirements
