We rsquo re seeking an ambitious result driven Regional Sales Manager to lead a high performing field sales team build strong retailer relationships and accelerate market share in fast moving consumer goods
Responsibilities
bull Ensure achievement of agreed targets KPIs RIG distribution call coverage frequency merchandising for the assigned Area
bull Lead and mentor Distributor rsquo s field sales team to meet quarterly and annual Sales targets
bull Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with brand goals and category plans
bull Expand retailer base promotions and key contracts
bull Monitor performance metrics analyze market trends and report insights into driving category growth
bull Collaborate with marketing supply chain and product teams to optimize in store execution
bull Responsible to provide quality and on time information on demand forecasts by customer report on market dynamics competitor activities
bull Responsible for setting objectives leading negotiation process with Distributors or any other 3rd party partners Execute daily monitoring of customer 39 s performance against defined KPIs sales out inventory level order placement on time etc
Requirements
bull Minimum bachelor rsquo s degree in marketing Business Communications or related field MBA preferred
bull 5 years in FMCG market Filed force Management
bull Background in dairy or beverage business is an advantage
bull Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
bull Excellent project management and cross functional collaboration skills
bull Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and synthesize insights
bull Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
bull Excellent presentation skills
bull People management skills
bull Proficiency in MS Office
bull Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
The job holder will be responsible for the Central Western and Southern regions of Iran
