About the Role ADLI is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help build and optimize meaningful customer relationships through data driven CRM strategies In this role you will manage customer data design personalized customer journeys plan and execute CRM campaigns and turn customer insights into actionable initiatives that drive retention engagement loyalty and repeat purchases Key Responsibilities Create clean and manage the customer database Segment customers and define lifecycle stages Design and optimize CRM customer journeys Plan and execute CRM campaigns Build welcome retention and repeat purchase journeys Run reactivation campaigns Support loyalty program development Conduct A B tests and optimize campaign performance Analyze customer recency frequency and spend Prepare CRM reports and translate data into actionable insights Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Industrial Engineering Statistics or a related field 2 3 years of relevant experience in CRM Customer Marketing Retention Marketing or a related field Good understanding of CRM principles customer lifecycle management and customer journeys Strong knowledge of customer segmentation targeting and personalization Good understanding of customer retention engagement loyalty and reactivation strategies Familiarity with CRM campaigns across channels such as SMS email push notifications and in app communications Strong understanding of key CRM metrics including Retention Rate Churn Rate Conversion Rate Repeat Purchase Rate Customer Lifetime Value CLV and Engagement Rate Previous experience in F B Retail Hospitality or loyalty driven businesses is considered an advantage تهران تهران مرزداران تمام وقت آدلی کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد کترینگ رستوران واحدهای غذایی
