About the Role We are looking for a creative and skilled graphic designer to join Digikala s Content Team someone who in addition to strong hands on design capabilities has solid expertise in artificial intelligence automation and the optimization of visual content production processes Part of this role will be dedicated to graphic design including infographics and other graphic design needs of the team The remaining time will focus on AI powered product image creation managing freelancer projects analyzing content effectiveness and developing methods to increase production speed improve quality and reduce costs In this role we expect you to be both a strong executor and a proactive problem solver who stays up to date with tools trends and industry best practices and can propose practical solutions to improve studio performance Key Responsibilities 1 Graphic Design Develop concepts and execute the team s graphic design requirements from receiving the brief through to preparing final deliverables Design infographics to communicate product features benefits use cases and comparisons Design graphic assets required for projects including text and image layouts icons visual elements and graphic templates Translate product information and marketing messages into clear engaging and easy to understand visual designs Select and apply appropriate composition color and typography based on the subject matter and visual standards Develop reusable templates to improve design consistency and speed Revise designs based on feedback and perform quality control on final files 2 Product Gallery Development AI Powered Image Generation Develop concepts and content structures for product galleries based on product features audience needs successful industry examples and marketing objectives Define the images required for each product gallery from product angles to lifestyle advertising and infographic images and determine the most appropriate production method for each Create and edit lifestyle and advertising images using AI tools and integrate them with real product photography Develop test and optimize prompts to achieve high quality repeatable results Evaluate and refine AI generated outputs with a strong focus on preserving the product s actual appearance details and characteristics Document successful prompts workflows and methods for use by the internal team and freelancers 3 Automation Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks within design and content production workflows Design and implement automated or semi automated workflows to increase speed while reducing costs and rework Monitor and evaluate new AI tools and models including models that can be deployed locally Compare tools and methods based on quality speed cost and suitability for the studio s production volume Propose and implement improvement initiatives and collaborate with relevant teams to develop more advanced solutions Document processes and share knowledge with team members 4 Project Management Freelancer Collaboration Prepare project briefs define output standards and establish timelines for outsourced projects Assign work based on freelancers expertise and capacity Monitor progress provide feedback and ensure quality control through final delivery Plan daily activities and prioritize tasks based on importance and deadlines Identify potential delay risks communicate them promptly and follow up until they are resolved 5 Performance Analysis Reporting Contribute to the design and execution of A B tests in collaboration with relevant teams and prepare different content variations for testing Analyze test results and provide specific recommendations to improve the effectiveness of images and designs Prepare regular reports on project progress output volume quality production time and cost Measure the impact of automation and AI initiatives and use the results to inform future decisions Required Skills Experience Professional level graphic design skills and a strong portfolio Strong command of composition color theory typography and visual hierarchy Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent professional design tools Ability to independently execute design projects from concept through final delivery Hands on proficiency with AI powered image generation and editing tools as well as prompt engineering Deep and up to date understanding of AI applications in visual content production and the ability to evaluate relevant tools Familiarity with product photography lighting retouching and photo editing A marketing oriented mindset and an understanding of how visual content supports product presentation and purchase decisions Practical proficiency in Excel for data entry analysis and reporting along with familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools Ability to prepare clear briefs provide effective feedback and manage collaboration with freelancers Personal Attributes Creativity maintaining quality standards Effectiveness and practical adoption of implemented automation solutions Improvement in content performance based on tests and agreed upon metrics Quality of freelancer
