engine Shape a market In a multinational venture we are building a technology driven travel platform and AI powered travel assistant serving one of the fastest growing travel markets in the region Over the past two years we have built the foundations of the platform developed operational and technical capabilities and established partnerships with international partners We are now entering the next stage of growth and are looking for a hands on Head of Marketing Growth Lead to build and execute our growth strategy strengthen our marketing engine and help shape the future of our brand and market presence This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands on execution someone who can define the marketing direction while also launching campaigns improving SEO building content and performance processes working with data using AI tools and agents and collaborating closely with product sales support and operations teams to drive measurable growth A key part of this role is the practical use of AI tools and AI agents to automate and improve the full marketing workflow including market research content creation campaign execution reporting analysis and optimization Responsibilities Design and execute the marketing and growth strategy for an international online business Plan launch and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as Google Meta Telegram TikTok and other relevant platforms Manage performance marketing retargeting referral campaigns partnership campaigns and co marketing initiatives Lead SEO strategy keyword research content planning landing pages and organic growth initiatives Build scalable content production and distribution workflows for the website social media campaigns and communication channels Use AI tools and AI agents for market research content generation creative ideation campaign optimization reporting data analysis and marketing automation Analyze user funnels user behavior conversion rate CAC CPA ROAS LTV retention and other key growth metrics Work closely with product tech sales support and operations teams to improve conversion and user experience Design and execute B2B marketing partnership and channel development initiatives Manage marketing budget and allocate resources based on data campaign performance and business impact Prepare regular management reports on marketing performance campaign results learnings and improvement plans Help build train and gradually grow the marketing team Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in marketing growth marketing performance marketing product marketing or campaign management Proven experience in designing and executing digital campaigns not only supervising them Ability to work hands on in a small team and fast growing environment Strong understanding of CAC CPA ROAS CVR LTV funnel analysis retention and A B testing Experience with SEO content marketing landing pages social media and performance ads Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 Search Console Tag Manager Looker Studio or similar tools Practical experience or strong interest in AI tools prompt engineering marketing automation and AI agents Strong project management prioritization reporting and cross functional collaboration skills Reliable responsible result oriented and able to help build a marketing function from an early stage Nice to Have Experience in TravelTech OTA tourism marketplace fintech super app or scalable online businesses Experience in regional or international markets Experience in B2B marketing partnership co marketing or channel acquisition Experience with gamification referral programs loyalty programs or lifecycle marketing Experience in building a marketing team from scratch or growing a small marketing team Familiarity with CRM WordPress marketing automation no code tools and AI based workflows Arabic language knowledge or experience working with Arabic speaking audiences is a plus Expected Personal growing regional markets Expected Outcomes in the First 2 Months Prepare a 60 day marketing and growth plan Set up or improve marketing and sales KPI dashboards Launch several real acquisition and retargeting campaigns with CAC CPA ROAS reporting Build an SEO and content plan for key landing pages and growth opportunities Design at least one B2B marketing or partnership initiative for channel development Build a process for using AI tools and agents in research content campaigns reporting and optimization Employment Type Full time Location Tehran Hybrid model can be discussed Industry
