About the Role SmartTech the advertising arm of Digikala is looking for an Associate Product Manager APM to join our Product team and work closely with the Product Manager on AdTrace and Afilio two of our key products In this role you will be involved in product execution data analysis cross functional coordination backlog management and product delivery You will work closely with Engineering Design Business Marketing Sales Customer Success Finance and other stakeholders to ensure product initiatives move forward effectively and on time We are looking for someone who is proactive analytical structured highly organized and strong at follow up and execution Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Product Manager on the development and continuous improvement of AdTrace and Afilio Support product discovery requirement definition feature planning and product documentation Translate product requirements and business needs into clear and actionable tasks for Engineering Design and other stakeholders Manage and continuously follow up on product initiatives tasks and backlog items using Jira Coordinate dependencies and activities across cross functional teams Participate in and support Agile processes including Sprint Planning Backlog Refinement Sprint Reviews Retrospectives Day to day sprint follow ups Monitor project and feature progress identify blockers and dependencies and proactively follow up to keep delivery on track Write and execute SQL queries independently to answer product and business questions Use Metabase for product and business analysis including Creating queries and reports Building and maintaining dashboards Defining and tracking KPIs Performing ad hoc analysis Identifying trends anomalies and performance issues Analyze user behavior product performance funnels operational metrics and business trends Support the definition and monitoring of product KPIs and success metrics Use data and quantitative insights to support prioritization and product decisions Participate in feature testing UAT release validation and post release monitoring Collect and structure feedback from users and internal stakeholders and convert it into actionable product improvements Maintain clear and up to date product documentation and ensure alignment among stakeholders Requirements Previous experience in Product Management Product Operations Business Analysis Project Management or a similar role Good understanding of the software product development lifecycle Practical knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and product development workflows Hands on experience working with Jira for backlog task and sprint management Strong working knowledge of SQL with the ability to independently write queries for product and business analysis Hands on experience with Metabase including dashboard creation and data analysis Ability to translate product or business questions into measurable metrics and data queries Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong organizational and follow up skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives Ability to identify blockers dependencies and risks and proactively follow up on them Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical teams High level of ownership accountability and attention to detail Nice to Have Experience or familiarity with AdTech MarTech Affiliate Marketing Attribution Performance Marketing or digital advertising products Familiarity with product analytics concepts such as Funnel Analysis Conversion Rate Retention Cohort Analysis Segmentation Experience working with large or complex datasets Previous experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams Experience writing User Stories Acceptance Criteria PRDs or similar product documentation تهران تهران شهرک غرب شهرک قدس تمام وقت اسمارتک کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
