The Senior Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing optimizing and continuously improving social media activities across key platforms particularly Instagram and LinkedIn This role combines strong content intuition knowledge of social media algorithms analytical thinking and hands on execution to drive brand awareness engagement and user interaction The primary objective of this role is to ensure consistent and high quality social media execution identify growth opportunities and use performance data to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement Key Responsibilities 1 Content Strategy Execution Execute and continuously improve the social media content strategy in alignment with brand objectives Develop and maintain an editorial calendar in collaboration with content and design teams Contribute creative ideas and content formats based on audience behavior and platform trends Ensure content is adapted appropriately to the characteristics of each platform 2 Channel Management Growth Manage and maintain company profiles across Instagram LinkedIn and other relevant platforms Drive organic follower growth and improve audience engagement through effective content and execution Monitor social media trends platform updates and algorithm changes and apply relevant insights to content planning Identify opportunities to improve reach engagement and overall channel performance 3 Performance Analysis Optimization Monitor and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement rate reach follower growth and conversion Track defined KPIs and identify trends strengths and areas for improvement Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for future content and campaigns Prepare regular performance reports and present key insights to the marketing lead 4 Problem Solving Continuous Improvement Identify challenges in social media execution and propose practical data driven solutions Experiment with new content formats trends and approaches to improve performance Continuously improve social media processes and execution based on results and learnings Required Skills Qualifications Technical Skills Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms and platform best practices Ability to create evaluate and optimize written visual and video content Proficiency in social media analytics and management tools such as Meta Business Suite Iconosquare Buffer or similar platforms Good understanding of social media KPIs and performance measurement Analytical Strategic Thinking Strong understanding of audience and user behavior Ability to analyze social media data and turn insights into actionable improvements Strong problem solving and decision making skills Soft Skills Creative organized and highly execution oriented Proactive and results driven Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience Background Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management preferably within B2C brands Demonstrated experience in growing social media channels and improving engagement performance Proven experience in content planning execution performance analysis and optimization Experience working with cross functional teams such as Content Design and Marketing Familiarity with the automotive industry is a strong plus تهران تهران میرداماد تمام وقت خودرو45 کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
