About MediPay MediPay is a Health Fintech platform building an integrated financial ecosystem for healthcare We connect patients healthcare providers financial institutions insurers and organizations to make access to healthcare simpler and financially more accessible We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer Brand Visual Communication with strong visual judgment modern design thinking and the ability to transform business and marketing objectives into distinctive high quality visual communication This is not a junior or execution only position We are looking for someone who can understand a brief develop the visual concept and take full ownership of the creative process through final delivery Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and key visuals aligned with MediPay s brand identity Design digital campaigns social media content banners landing page assets and marketing materials Design professional brochures catalogs reports presentations and corporate communication materials Create high quality print materials for conferences exhibitions events and offline campaigns Maintain and develop visual consistency across all MediPay communication channels Translate marketing and business briefs into strong visual concepts Collaborate with Marketing Product Business Development and Management teams Manage multiple projects and take ownership of deadlines and final deliverables Contribute to the development of MediPay s visual identity and design system Stay current with modern startup technology fintech healthcare and global design trends Required Skills Qualifications Proven professional experience as a Senior Graphic Designer Advanced professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Advanced professional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Advanced professional proficiency in Adobe InDesign Strong command of typography composition layout visual hierarchy color and branding Strong experience in both digital and print design Ability to develop a project from initial concept through final production Strong understanding of modern minimal premium and contemporary design Familiarity with startup and technology driven visual aesthetics High attention to detail and ability to deliver polished production ready work Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams Strong time management and commitment to agreed project deadlines Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with video editing and motion design is a strong advantage Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and or After Effects is preferred but not mandatory Previous experience with fintech healthcare technology digital products or startup brands is considered an advantage Portfolio Requirement A professional portfolio is mandatory Applications without a portfolio will not be considered We are particularly interested in portfolios demonstrating experience in Brand identity visual systems Creative concepts key visuals Digital campaigns Social media design Corporate communication Brochures catalogs Presentation design Event exhibition materials Modern startup or technology oriented design Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical design assessment as part of the recruitment process Working Conditions Employment Type Full time On site Working Days Saturday to Wednesday Working Hours 9 00 AM 6 00 PM Work Arrangement Fully On site The designer is expected to take ownership of assigned projects and ensure agreed deliverables are completed on time and at the expected quality level Important Candidates must have their own professional laptop computer suitable for graphic design work Compensation Benefits Fixed Monthly Salary IRR 500 600 Million 50 60 Million Toman Annual Performance Bonus Up to 6 months of fixed salary based on individual performance and company policy Social Security Insurance Supplementary Health Insurance Access to Bank Loan Facilities subject to eligibility and company policies Opportunity to play an active role in shaping and developing MediPay s visual identity Exposure to projects across healthcare fintech banking insurance digital products and major industry events Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate design software We are looking for a designer who understands why a design is being created who the audience is what the communication objective is and how a visual concept can strengthen a brand The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast moving startup environment able to explore new ideas accept and respond to feedback and turn complex business concepts into simple modern distinctive and premium visual communication If you have strong design fundamentals a modern visual perspective and want to contribute to shaping the identity of a growing Health Fintech brand we would like to see your work Please include a link to your portfolio when applying تهران تهران ونک تمام وقت مدی پی کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خدمات درمانی و سلامتی
