Mission Monitor troubleshoot track and report networks and systems within regions to ensure the integrity of MTNIrancell Network operations Monitor control day to day activities including BSS RAN and Facilities implementation in remote BSC RNC while supporting the Technical Operations Manager Ensure optimal performance availability and maintenance of the RAN Radio Access Network infrastructure including 4G LTE and 5G technologies Enforce SLAs on Managed Service providers and ensure on time resolution of requests to avoid downtime and other network problems Roles Responsibilities Communicate and track resolution details related to issues with the MTNIrancell Network Maintenance team technical support organizations vendors and management teams Provide proactive network monitoring and follow established procedures when responding to network alarms and events Promote quality and safety within the region and ensure compliance with international standards Ensure RAN BSS and facilities equipment in remote BSCs RNCs are operational escalate for troubleshooting and follow up with vendors parties based on SLAs OLAs internally and externally Ensure regional installations meet MTNIrancell agreed standards and that the remote BSC radio environment is kept clean and tidy Monitor Network RAN performance against national and vendor KPIs SLAs Submit operational issues to the MTNIrancell Network Maintenance team and ensure successful resolution Follow up on issues raised by vendors within the related trouble ticketing system and ensure successful resolution Support the Regional Operations Manager in coordinating vendors and related project managers for rollout activities Maintain ongoing communication within the team regional engineers and externally to keep stakeholders aware of relevant known issues and actions being taken Support the Regional Operations Manager in meeting regional objectives and national vendor KPIs Provide detailed network status reports to the Regional Operations Manager and Senior Management as instructed Coordinate and troubleshoot network events working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver continuously high quality network service and meet customer needs RAN Specific Responsibilities Monitor and optimize RAN performance metrics e g call drop rates handover success rates signal quality and take appropriate action Coordinate with the optimization team for drive tests and analyze results to identify coverage and capacity issues Monitor and ensure issue free RAN configuration parameters e g antenna tilt power settings frequency planning Troubleshoot and resolve RAN related faults e g cell outages hardware failures Plan and execute RAN software upgrades in coordination with vendors Perform preventive maintenance on RAN equipment e g cleaning inspections testing Ensure RAN sites comply with technical and safety standards Monitor and optimize energy consumption of RAN equipment Collaborate with RF planning and core network teams for end to end network performance Job Requirements Education B S degree in Technology Systems Telecommunication Management Information Technology Electronics or a related discipline Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in an area of specialization with experience in supervising others Experience working in a medium sized organization Telecommunication experience in a technical organization that supports network operations and operational experience including process creation and project management is preferred Hands on experience in RAN operation and maintenance including troubleshooting optimization and performance monitoring مازندران بابل تمام وقت خدمات ارتباطی ایرانسل کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تلکام
