Shape and prioritize business demand to ensure alignment with IT capabilities capacity and strategy Translate business needs into actionable IT initiatives Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to manage intake business cases and prioritization Track and report on value delivered through IT services and projects Work closely with PMO ITSM Infrastructure Cybersecurity Data BI and Application teams to coordinate delivery of business aligned services Escalate issues track service satisfaction and monitor performance indicators Build monthly and quarterly IT reports and dashboards Enable two way communication between IT and other departments Required competencies skills Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field 5 years of experience in IT business interface roles ideally including BRM IT consulting or program management Experience working with multi national companies and cross functional teams Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong business acumen and understanding of technology capabilities Excellent communication facilitation and executive presence Proven track record of influencing decision making without direct authority Knowledge of IT governance demand management and value realization frameworks e g BRMP ITIL COBIT تهران تهران آرژانتین تمام وقت گروه حمل و نقل بین المللی ادمیرال کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد حمل و نقل ترابری
