Job Description We are seeking a qualified Senior Legal Contracts Officer to join our Legal Contracts team with a focus on legal contractual and commercial matters related to projects and business activities within the oil gas and petrochemical sectors This position is suitable for a professional with a strong legal background and solid understanding of commercial contracts project agreements and oil gas equipment procurement with the ability to review draft negotiate and follow up on contractual and legal matters Requirements At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal and contractual matters preferably within the oil gas petrochemical or industrial sectors University degree in Law or a related legal discipline Strong experience in drafting reviewing revising and negotiating domestic and international contracts Familiarity with EPC procurement equipment supply service construction and commercial contracts Good understanding of contractual structures and business practices within the oil gas industry preferably with exposure to the Upstream Oil Gas Sector Familiarity with tendering processes contractual documentation guarantees contractual obligations and general and special conditions of contracts Knowledge of claims variations delays damages contractual disputes and contract administration Familiarity with domestic and international sale and purchase agreements for petroleum and petrochemical products as well as equipment supply contracts Knowledge of international trade principles Incoterms and legal requirements related to import export and cross border transactions Ability to conduct legal and contractual negotiations with clients contractors suppliers vendors and business partners Ability to identify assess and mitigate legal and contractual risks prior to contract execution Experience in preparing and reviewing formal correspondence contractual notices meeting minutes agreements amendments and other legal documentation Strong knowledge of applicable Iranian commercial and contractual laws and regulations Working proficiency in English particularly for contracts legal correspondence negotiations and international commercial documentation Detail oriented responsible proactive and highly organized with strong negotiation and follow up skills تهران تهران فرشته الهیه تمام وقت گروه مدیریت و توسعه هزاره شمس کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خدمات سازمانی مشاوره مدیریت
