GreenTech is looking for a creative hands on and results driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team We are looking for someone who understands social media beyond simply publishing content has strong experience in digital advertising and is highly comfortable using AI tools to create high quality visual and video content If you can take an idea from concept content campaign advertising performance analysis this role is for you Key Responsibilities Develop and execute GreenTech s digital marketing and social media strategy Manage and grow GreenTech s presence across Instagram LinkedIn and Telegram Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives Ideate and produce engaging text visual and video content Create and manage Reels short form videos carousels and platform specific content Plan launch manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns Monitor campaign and content performance and provide actionable recommendations Track key metrics such as Reach Engagement CTR Conversion and ROI Leverage AI tools extensively throughout the content creation and marketing process Create and edit high quality images and videos using AI powered tools Support the development and execution of digital campaigns for GreenTech s initiatives and investments Contribute to the structure and content of landing pages Understand the fundamentals of landing page structure sectioning CTAs user journey and conversion optimization Stay up to date with emerging trends in Digital Marketing Social Media AI and Content Creation Requirements 5 years of relevant professional experience in Digital Marketing Strong hands on experience managing and growing social media channels particularly Instagram LinkedIn Telegram Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing Proven experience running and optimizing Digital Advertising Paid Media campaigns Ability to analyze marketing performance and make data driven decisions Strong proficiency with AI tools for marketing and content creation Hands on experience creating images and videos using AI tools Good understanding of landing page fundamentals and content structure Familiarity with Conversion Optimization CTA design User Journey and Content Structure Strong Copywriting and Storytelling skills Strong understanding of audience behavior across different digital platforms High level of creativity combined with strong execution skills Ability to independently take ownership of projects from idea to execution Nice to Have Experience working in Technology AI Web3 SaaS Venture Capital or Investment environments A strong and demonstrable portfolio of previous campaigns and projects Experience with B2B Marketing Familiarity with Analytics and Marketing Automation tools Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization Experience with professional image and video editing tools Who We re Looking For You are hands on not just strategy oriented تهران تهران گاندی تمام وقت گرین تک ونچر استدیو کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
