We are looking for an experienced Frontend Team Lead to guide our frontend engineering team and help build high quality scalable user friendly web applications This role combines hands on development technical leadership team mentorship and close alignment with business goals Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and support frontend engineers in their technical and professional growth Translate business goals into practical technical plans and solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders designers backend engineers and QA to plan and deliver valuable features Define and maintain frontend architecture coding standards and engineering best practices Remain actively involved in development and write clean maintainable and well tested code Conduct code reviews and provide clear constructive feedback Ensure applications follow technical SEO best practices Improve Core Web Vitals loading speed runtime performance and overall user experience Improve application accessibility security reliability and browser compatibility Identify technical challenges investigate root causes and guide the team toward effective solutions Break down complex initiatives estimate effort manage dependencies and identify technical risks Manage technical debt and contribute to the frontend technical roadmap Promote an Agile approach through iterative delivery continuous feedback adaptability and ongoing improvement Support hiring onboarding knowledge sharing and performance feedback Communicate delivery progress risks dependencies and technical trade offs to stakeholders Encourage ownership accountability collaboration and continuous learning within the team Required Qualifications Strong professional experience in frontend software development Excellent knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript HTML and CSS Strong experience with a modern frontend framework such as Vue React Angular or a comparable technology Solid understanding of frontend architecture component design state management and API integration Strong knowledge of technical SEO including crawlability rendering metadata structured data and semantic HTML Practical experience improving web performance and Core Web Vitals Experience with responsive design accessibility browser compatibility and frontend security Experience with automated testing code reviews CI CD and modern development workflow Previous experience leading mentoring or supporting frontend engineers Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions while considering business priorities Strong communication collaboration and decision making skills Experience working with Agile principles and iterative software delivery Ability to balance delivery speed technical quality and long term maintainability Preferred Qualifications Experience with Vue js Nuxt or similar meta frameworks Experience with server side rendering static site generation and hybrid rendering strategies Experience building or maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries Experience with frontend monitoring observability analytics and error tracking tools Experience participating in technical hiring and team development تهران تهران شهرک غرب شهرک قدس تمام وقت باما مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد فناوری اطلاعات نرم افزار و سخت افزار
