Overview Alibaba Travels is seeking a Sales Accounting Trainee to support the Finance team in recording controlling and reconciling sales transactions This is a learning focused traineeship and a great entry point into accounting and finance Working closely with the Finance Sales and Operations teams the trainee will gain hands on experience in recording sales entries reconciling payment gateways and online transactions and monitoring customer accounts within a fast growing online travel environment Responsibilities Record sales related accounting entries and events invoices discounts sales returns and refunds Reconcile payment gateways bank accounts and high volume online transactions on a daily and periodic basis Monitor customer accounts and follow up on the collection of receivables Coordinate with the Sales team on invoicing and ensure the accuracy of sales information Coordinate with the Treasury team regarding customer settlement methods Identify and resolve discrepancies in sales documents and payments Collect classify and maintain sales related documents and records Prepare simple reports on sales status receivables collection and discrepancies Support the periodic monthly quarterly closing process for the sales area Collaborate with the Finance Sales and Operations teams to improve recording and control processes Requirements Student or recent graduate in Accounting Finance Management or a related field Basic familiarity with accounting principles and methods for recording entries and sales invoices Strong attention to detail in recording information numbers and reconciliations Good command of Excel or Google Sheets Ability to gather classify and maintain information and prepare simple clear reports Strong follow up skills and the ability to move several topics forward simultaneously Sense of responsibility discipline and an eagerness to learn Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different units Familiarity with Iranian accounting software such as Sepidar or Rahkaran is an advantage Familiarity with English is an advantage تهران تهران کوی بیمه تمام وقت شرکت سفرهای علی بابا کارمند جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
