Job Responsibilities Manage all administrative general services and support functions of the Port Plan coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for buildings facilities and site infrastructure Oversee the performance of service technical and construction contractors Monitor the operation and maintenance of electrical mechanical HVAC water supply wastewater lighting and other site infrastructure systems Plan preventive maintenance PM programs and ensure timely execution of corrective and emergency maintenance Coordinate the procurement of goods and services required for administrative and facilities operations Monitor operating costs prepare management reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable safety standards Coordinate effectively with internal departments and relevant external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor s degree or higher in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Civil or Industrial or Business Administration Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administration facilities management or maintenance management within industrial logistics warehousing distribution center or port environments Good understanding of electrical and building systems Proven ability to manage service teams technical staff and contractors Good command of English is an advantage Work Location Eslamshahr تهران اسلام شهر تمام وقت گروه حمل و نقل بین المللی پرس مدیر میانی جنسیت ترجیحاً آقا حمل و نقل ترابری
