We are seeking a qualified Senior Project Coordination Control Officer to strengthen our project team with a strong focus on comprehensive control coordination and follow up of all construction project activities in the building and construction sector The position requires an execution oriented multi skilled and highly proactive professional who can manage multiple parallel project activities and coordinate effectively between technical engineering architectural procurement logistics construction contractors and other project stakeholders Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction civil engineering or large scale building projects Strong command of project planning control scheduling progress tracking and project reporting Ability to continuously follow up on multiple project activities and ensure timely completion Good understanding of the full project lifecycle from design and architecture to procurement execution construction supervision and handover Familiarity with construction project structures and processes Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings documents and project specifications Knowledge of procurement material sourcing site equipment subcontractors logistics and material delivery Strong coordination skills across design engineering execution technical office procurement finance site operations and contractors Ability to identify delays bottlenecks pending activities and open issues and ensure their resolution Familiarity with construction materials equipment and project requirements Experience in high rise buildings commercial office or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Project and or Primavera P6 Strong skills in coordination follow up problem solving documentation and reporting Proficiency in English for reviewing technical documents project correspondence and communication with international suppliers and contractors Organized responsible detail oriented energetic and execution driven with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively Work Location Tehran Fereshteh Employment Type Full time Salary Benefits Competitive salary performance based bonus تهران تهران فرشته الهیه تمام وقت گروه مدیریت و توسعه هزاره شمس کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد خدمات سازمانی مشاوره مدیریت
