Are you passionate about optimizing operations and driving performance excellence SnappBox is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team In this role you will be at the forefront of resolving issues evaluating performance and implementing data driven decisions to enhance our customer centric approach About Us SnappBox is the leading on demand delivery service in the Middle East dedicated to providing fast reliable and efficient delivery solutions Our mission is to revolutionize the delivery industry with innovative technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction We value collaborative excellence continuous improvement and a data driven mindset to ensure we meet and exceed our customers expectations Key Responsibilities Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency Collaborate with cross functional teams Product Data QC etc to optimize logistics processes and workflows Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements Prepare and present performance reports to senior management Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues develop corrective action plans and translate analysis results into business recommendations Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and analytics Build strong relationships with key accounts anticipate customer needs and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience Proactively monitor and analyze delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements SLAs Translate customers strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap and build a product development pipeline Develop internal and external processes for delivery operations understand drivers of low performance identify critical operational improvements and defects scale those improvements and monitor their performance over time Ensure the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in operations logistics supply chain management data analytics business analytics business line management or project management Proven experience in business operations and performance analysis Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools we are using Excel SQL and Power BI Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis deep actionable insights modeling and advanced test plan design and analysis Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must with fluency in both Farsi and English Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges Thrive in a fast paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 24 7 availability to address urgent issues is essential Benefits Comprehensive health dental and vision insurance Opportunities for professional growth and development A collaborative and innovative work environment Learning budget Transportation discount and voucher Organizational food discount Hybrid and flexible working hours تهران تهران زعفرانیه تمام وقت اسنپ باکس کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
