About Khodro45 At Khodro45 we re building a smarter more transparent automotive marketplace Every day thousands of customers trust us to buy and sell cars with confidence supported by technology operational excellence and exceptional customer experience As we continue to grow we re looking for a General Services Manager who can create an efficient safe and well organized workplace that enables every team to do their best work About the Role The General Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative and workplace operations across Khodro45 s offices and facilities This role ensures that our work environment is safe efficient cost effective and aligned with the company s growth You will lead the General Services team while working closely with Finance HR IT Security Procurement and business leaders to continuously improve workplace operations and employee experience What You ll Do Facility Management Manage day to day office operations and facility maintenance Ensure offices remain clean safe functional and compliant with regulations Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs Coordinate office expansions relocations renovations and space planning Vendor Contract Management Manage relationships with facility cleaning security maintenance transportation and other service providers Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance Ensure service quality while optimizing costs Workplace Operations Oversee office supplies furniture equipment and workplace services Improve office processes and operational efficiency Maintain workplace standards across all company locations Budget Cost Management Prepare and manage General Services budgets Monitor operational expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities Track spending and ensure budget compliance Health Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with workplace health safety and environmental regulations Develop emergency preparedness and business continuity plans Lead workplace inspections and risk assessments Team Leadership Lead coach and develop the General Services team Set goals KPIs and performance expectations Foster a culture of ownership responsiveness and continuous improvement Cross functional Collaboration Partner with HR to improve employee workplace experience Collaborate with IT on office infrastructure needs Work closely with Finance on budgeting and procurement planning Support company events executive meetings and operational initiatives What We re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Industrial Management Engineering or a related field 5 years of experience in General Services Administration or Facilities Management At least 2 years of people management experience Experience managing multiple vendors and service contracts Strong understanding of workplace operations and facility management Budget planning and cost control experience Excellent organizational and problem solving skills Strong negotiation and communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel Preferred Qualifications Experience in fast growing technology or multi site organizations Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations Experience implementing operational improvement initiatives Knowledge of procurement and contract management best practices Success in This Role Successful candidates are Highly organized and detail oriented Calm under pressure and solution focused Strong owners who proactively solve problems Skilled at balancing employee experience with operational efficiency Excellent relationship builders across teams and vendors Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously تهران تهران میرداماد تمام وقت خودرو45 مدیر میانی جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
