About the Role We are looking for a highly organized proactive and execution focused professional to support our product and engineering teams in driving delivery coordination and operational clarity across multiple workstreams This role blends Agile facilitation delivery coordination business analysis and operational support for the CTO Technical Lead The right person will help teams stay aligned remove blockers translate priorities into actionable tasks and ensure that work moves forward smoothly and efficiently You will work closely with product engineering business and leadership teams to improve planning execution transparency and cross functional collaboration in a fast paced startup like environment Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review and Retrospective Coordinate sprint execution task progress and priorities across product and engineering teams Track dependencies follow up on action items and ensure timely resolution of blockers Support the definition clarification and breakdown of requirements into clear actionable tasks Maintain continuous communication between technical product and business stakeholders Support the CTO Technical Lead with operational follow ups execution tracking and coordination of priorities Maintain accurate updates in project management tools and keep documentation organized and current Monitor progress across tasks sprints and workstreams and escalate risks when needed Prepare status updates progress reports and performance summaries for management Contribute to improving team workflows delivery efficiency and coordination practices Requirements 4 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master Agile Coordinator Project Coordinator Business Analyst Delivery Coordinator or similar positions Strong understanding of Scrum Kanban Agile practices and cross functional delivery processes Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and how product and engineering teams operate Proven ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical teams Excellent organizational skills follow up discipline and time management Ability to translate business needs and product goals into clear tasks and execution plans Hands on experience with project management tools such as Jira Confluence or similar platforms High level of ownership accountability and reliability in a fast moving environment Ability to prepare structured documentation reports and progress updates Comfortable working in a startup style dynamic and changing environment Technical Skills Agile and Scrum methodology Kanban workflow management Sprint planning and delivery tracking Task breakdown and requirement clarification Dependency and blocker management Jira Confluence or similar project management tools Documentation and reporting Basic understanding of SDLC and product development workflows Cross functional coordination and operational follow up Stakeholder communication and status reporting What You ll Work On Keeping sprints structured visible and on track Helping teams turn priorities and requirements into executable work Ensuring smooth communication between product engineering business and leadership Following up on tasks blockers and dependencies until closure Supporting the CTO in day to day execution management and operational coordination Maintaining clear documentation and reliable project visibility Identifying process gaps and helping improve how the team plans and delivers Creating a stronger rhythm for execution accountability and team alignment تهران تهران سعادت آباد تمام وقت وایب کارشناس ارشد جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد اینترنت تجارت الکترونیک خدمات آنلاین
