Job Description To monitor and control the portals inventory base on physical inventory Ensure all processes are followed Ensure monthly meeting are well prepared Ensure all formalities are done for portals stock take Ensure proper reporting is being done Ensure no shortage in portals Tracks all the activities which are related to Logistics coordinator is done Raise and get the approvals of PO s on AX system Ensure needed POs are available in AX Manage and provide documents to report on a daily basis for all materials and FG in the portal Follow up daily routines and pending tasks and report status Ensure Finished Goods are shipped in the portal as per the shipping declarations by warehouse Ensure Finished Goods productions are registered in the portal as per the production reports Ensure to upload and register delivered hologram data in the related portals Ensure to follow up for on time hologram payments Receive review GRN log and check invoices till delivery by Finance dept Audit to ensure a proper record management for all documents related to transfers of WMS CRT FG from main warehouses in the portal is available Requirements High experiance on microsoft excel High experiance on Inventory Control and stock taking process Capable on problem solving skills Good communication البرز اشتهارد تمام وقت بی وی تی پارس کارمند جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد کالاهای مصرفی و تند گردش
