We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Expert to supand enhance our IT environment This role involves providing expert level help desk support network infrastructure and implementing robust security and backup solutions Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users Design implement and support IT infrastructure including network architecture Configure and maintain network devices including Mikrotik routers Manage and secure network infrastructure firewalls antivirus Oversee enterprise backup processes and recovery planning Support and administer Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange environments Document IT infrastructure policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field Proven experience in IT and help desk support In depth knowledge of network concepts TCP IP DNS DHCP LAN WAN Experience with Active Directory is an advantage Excellent problem solving communication and customer service skills English proficiency Upper Intermediate to Advanced قزوین تاکستان تمام وقت بسپار پلاستیکس پارس کارشناس جنسیت تفاوتی ندارد تولیدی صنعتی
